Our gift and education memberships do not renew automatically. To renew a gift subscription (at a discount) please contact Letterjoy support.
Individual Letterjoy memberships do renew unless renewals are disabled. You will be notified five days in advance of any forthcoming charge, to allow you time to opt-out. To disable renewals on your account, please contact Letterjoy support.
If you accidentally renewed a membership within the last 30 days (It happens!), contact Letterjoy support and we'll issue a full refund and close your account.
